Refund and Returns Policy for Essential Indoor Plants
At Essential Indoor Plants, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You can return most items purchased from Essential Indoor Plants within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items such as perishable plants, fertilizers, soil, or any other products clearly marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) for all returns.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at Email:support@essentialindoorplants.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items to ensure that the return is received. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if the tracking information is not available.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you received free shipping, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will offer a full refund or replacement for any defective or wrong items, along with instructions for returning the item.
You may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect product to assist in the claims process.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Plants that have been planted or damaged by the customer.
Custom or personalized items.
Perishable goods such as fertilizers, soil, and plant food.
Gift cards or promotional items.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank or credit card account. If you still don’t see the refund, contact your payment provider or bank.
